Russell Real Estate (“we”, “us”, “our”) means Russell Real Estate Pty Ltd (ACN 111 542 771).

5.1 Google Analytics

5.2 Vercel Analytics & Vercel Speed Insights
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how our Website is used and to improve performance and content. We use it to view aggregate panels (e.g. top pages, referrers, geo/device breakdowns) and trends so we can diagnose issues and improve our Website. We may use Vercel Speed Insights to measure Core Web Vitals (e.g. FCP, LCP, CLS, INP) from real users in order to monitor and improve Website performance. Speed Insights records anonymous data points and does not collect or store information that would enable us (or Vercel) to reconstruct a user’s browsing session or identify an individual or IP address.
